When David Lambe and Brandon Hamilton came together to build MTP, we were clear on what we wanted to accomplish: create a team that puts people first.
Our vision was simple, build a leadership-driven organization focused on two things: helping agents become the best version of themselves and ensuring every client receives an exceptional real estate experience.
Over the years, our leadership team has helped facilitate thousands of real estate transactions and supported hundreds of agents in learning, growing, and building successful careers. We believe that when agents are equipped with the right training, mentorship, and support, they can provide an unmatched level of service to their clients.
None of this would be possible without the incredible staff, administrators, and leadership team that have helped build MTP into what it is today. They are more than coworkers—they are family. Together, we have created a culture centered around collaboration, accountability, growth, and service.
Today, MTP proudly serves Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana with the same mission we started with: support our agents, serve our clients, and make a positive impact in every community we touch.
